YOLO Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s main dealership in Reading.
What you’ll do as a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor :
• Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks to our skilled technicians
• Handle customer enquiries efficiently
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Provide technical guidance and support to your team
• Accurately evaluate customer service and repair needs based on vehicle health checks
• Assist in service reception when required
• Maintain accurate customer records and adhere to warranty and dealership policies
What you need to be considered for our Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor vacancy:
• Previous workshop or technical experience preferred
• Full UK driving license
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service consistently
• Motivated, confident, and target-driven mindset
