• UK Driving Licence

• ISO 45001, 14001, 9001 internal auditor training.
• NEBOSH General or Construction.
• CITB SEATS (Site Environmental Awareness Training)

Role Purpose

The SHEQ Admin will be responsible for providing administration support on all aspects of Safety, Health, Environment and helping deliver a culture of continual improvement.

SHEQ Admins are responsible for providing supporting the SHEQ Lead and Compliance Manager to deliver SHEQ objectives for the business.

Role Summary

• Produce reports on SHEQ data.
• Liaise and support the Compliance Manager to ensure all team responsibilities are fulfilled.
• Uploading PPE, completed training certificates, induction paperwork and incident data to the CBUL database.
• Support the Compliance Manager in booking training, as required.
• Assist the Environment and Sustainability lead in obtaining permits, as required.
• Responsible for collating incident, near miss and hazard data and disseminating when required.
• Data collation of inspections, incidents, hazards and near misses and to escalate overdue actions to the Compliance Manager.
• Responsible to attend CBUL and client meetings, and act as notetaker, as required.
• Act as a role model at all times in support of the company’s vision, priorities and values.
• Actively participate and support in stand down events.
• Carry out any other duties appropriate to this post
