Healthcare Support Workers - Harrogate, North Yorkshire
We are currently recruiting Healthcare Support Workers with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification to provide support to our service users. Successful candidates will work flexibly to ensure individuals’ needs are met while maximising independence, choice, dignity, privacy and well-being.
Skills: Support will include assisting with personal care, budgeting, meal planning and cooking, encouraging exercise and healthy living.
Our ideal candidates must have a driving licence, experience within the sector, able to demonstrate excellent people skills, good communication skills, honest, trustworthy, reliable, punctual, willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team. We are seeking applicants with a strong customer focus, who view this as an opportunity to enable service users to achieve higher levels of independence.
Due to the nature of this post, a DBS check, two references will be undertaken for the successful applicant, but only with their prior consent.
