Summary
This campaign is taking part in a research testing feasibility of using Questions in Advance( QiA) to aid greater inclusivity of neurodiverse people. We want to explore how recieving interview questions in advance may influence interview performance and perspectives of candidates and interviewers.
If invited to attend you will be sent lead questions for any Behaviours Experiance or Technical questions asked during the interview 5 calender days in advance of the interview.
The interview panel may ask you other questions which will not be shared in advance, including strength based and follow up questions.
