We are seeking a polished and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our exceptional front-of-house team—someone with a passion for luxury hospitality and a dedication to delivering five-star service.

Your Role:
You will play a key part in the guest journey, from refined breakfast service to elegant evening dining, as well as offering discreet, high-end hospitality in Club Brass. Every interaction should reflect the glamour and exclusivity of Gotham Newcastle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional, attentive service

• Take food and beverage orders with efficiency and accuracy

• Offer knowledgeable guidance on menus and wine selections

• Deliver tailored service in Club Brass, our members-only lounge

• Ensure elegant table presentation and uphold cleanliness standards

• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service

• Follow all health and safety procedures to the highest standard

• Experience in luxury restaurants, hotels, or private members’ clubs

• Impeccable presentation and strong communication skills

• A genuine passion for premium hospitality and attention to detail

• Calm, confident, and professional under pressure
