About the Role:
As a Room Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in upholding the flawless reputation of Gotham Newcastle. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail across guest rooms and suites, along with the public areas, ensuring each guest enjoys a pristine and welcoming stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms and suites to five-star standards

• Change linens, replenish amenities, and ensure every detail is perfect

• Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly

• Support laundry operations and housekeeping requests as needed

• Clean and service the public areas of the hotel, restaurant and bar where needed

• Work efficiently to meet room turnaround times without compromising quality

• Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or luxury hospitality preferred

• A meticulous eye for detail and pride in your work

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A friendly, professional attitude and excellent time management

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
