Summary
The Best Connection (Newcastle) are currently recruiting for a Baler and Counter Balance FLT Operative on behalf of a manufacturing company based in Prudhoe, Gateshead.
Candidates must hold a valid Counter Balance licence.
The role: Operating Counter Balance FLT to help clear waste from production lines Manual handling activities such as (but not limited to) pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying will be required Using a baler when required to condense cardboard waste ready for disposal The candidate: Valid and in date Counter Balance FLT licence (not in-house) Physically fit Able to work under own initiative or part of a team Flexible to work weekends as well as weekdays Hours of work and pay: The client operates between Monday and Sunday 4 on / 4 off pattern 06:00am till 18:00pm or 18:00pm till 06:00am 2 days followed by 2 nights £14.40 per hour flat rate 42 hours per week average Benefits of working for The Best Connection: Ongoing assignments Excellent pay rates Online payslips Weekly pay Holiday accrual Pension provision Personal accident insurance Candidates will be able to register online via our digital onboarding system.
