Summary
PRESCHOOL Assistant
Start date: 26th August 2025Contract: Temporary 25 hours per week, term time only (9am-12noon, 1pm-3pm) Monday-FridaySt Cuthbert’s C.E Primary School is a happy and thriving school, where staff, parents and governors work closely together to provide a high quality education for all our pupils.We wish to appoint a passionate and well-motivated preschool assistant to join Cuthbert's Cub preschool The successful candidate will be working to support a pupil 1:1 and work with small groups supported by our experienced preschool manager.We would like to appoint a preschool assistant:
1. To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children in the provision. 2. To give support to the staff within the provision.3. To work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn. 4. To build and maintain strong partnership working with parents to enable children’s needs to be met.
