Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (rotating days and nights)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control (QC) Checker to join our busy manufacturing team. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail who thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspections on materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Conduct hardness tests using specialist equipment
Accurately document inspection results in line with company procedures
Identify and report defects or quality concerns to the appropriate team
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain a clean, organised work area
Collaborate with the production and quality teams to maintain high product standards

What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent timekeeping and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working to targets in a high-speed manufacturing environment
Previous experience in a production or factory setting is an advantage, but not essential – full training is provided
A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential
