Are you someone who enjoys helping others live life to the fullest? Do you love getting out and about – enjoying meals, trips, swimming or the theatre? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!
We’re currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our supported living service in Haverhill, supporting 2 males and 3 females on a 16 hour contract basis.
About the Role:

- You’ll be working in a friendly supported living environment
- You’ll be supporting residents to enjoy everyday life – whether that’s going shopping, out for meals, to the theatre, swimming, or on day trips
- You’ll help with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, managing appointments and promoting independence
- A full UK driving licence is essential – you’ll be taking residents out and about regularly
- You’ll work on a rota basis with every other weekend off, giving you regular time to recharge
- Minimal personal care is involved in this role
- Shifts run from 7am to 10pm, with sleep-ins on a rota basis (there is a flat rate of £63.70 per sleep in)

- A caring, outgoing and proactive person
- Experience is a bonus, but not required – we provide full training
- Flexibility to cover a range of shifts including sleep-ins
- Someone who’s happy to get involved in activities and community outings
