Summary
Are you an experienced administrator looking for work in the Leicestershire area? We have an exciting role with an immediate start supporting our client in their busy office.
Join our team of office staff by supporting our client who are leaders in the vehicle movement industry. You will be an experienced office administrator, who has excellent customer service skills and who is looking for work with an immediate start. Our client are based in Blaby, Leicestershire so you must be able to commute to the office daily ready for an 08:30am start.
Working as an office administrator your day will be varied conduction various office-based tasks such as:
• Answering calls in a professional and helpful way
• Sending out e-mails
• Booking in using the CRM system
• Chasing unconfirmed slots on a daily basis
• Arranging collections
• Completing relevant paperwork
• General Admin duties
• To support customer requirements and to build lasting relationships with existing customers
You must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel, outlook and Word.
You must have previous admin experience. Some knowledge of the automotive industry would be a benefit. You will be able to work using your own initiative but also be happy to take instructions and work as a team player. Professional telephone and typing manner. Fantastic customer service skills.

You will work Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:30 with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
