About You:

The Wroughton Academies are seeking a passionate and adaptable Primary School Teacher to join our team on a one-year fixed-term contract, working with our Year 1 class. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about primary education and committed to creating an inclusive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for all children. The ideal candidate will have a strong pedagogical foundation and the ability to tailor their teaching to meet the diverse needs of our pupils, including those with special educational needs. If you are flexible, energetic, and a positive team player who thrives in a collaborative setting, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive school community.

Our Ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Experience working across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
• Confident in monitoring pupil progress and providing regular, detailed feedback
• Able to create a safe and purposeful learning environment where children feel secure and supported
• Quick to respond to unexpected situations with calm and effective solutions
