Role Overview:
Were looking for a Skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. Youll be responsible for preparing a variety of meat cuts to high standards for our retail and wholesale clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Break down carcasses and portion meat to specification
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with food regulations
Work collaboratively with a small, dedicated team
Engage with co-op members and customers when needed
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in meat cutting or butchery
Strong attention to detail and knife skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
A team player with a positive attitude
Commitment to cooperative values and ethical sourcing
