Summary
The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our client who are a prestige automotive dealership. They require a Car Service Receptionist to join their existing team who pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service.
The role:
As the first point of contact for their customers, you will play a vital part in their service operation. From welcoming visitors and handling bookings, to providing updates on repairs and ensuring a smooth drop-off to pick-up experience, the role is key to creating a seamless journey for customers and visitors.
Key Responsibilities: Greet all showroom visitors in a courteous and professional manner Schedule and manage daily service appointments Provide timely updates on service and repair status Liaise with technicians and the parts department to ensure smooth workflow Handle invoicing, process payments, and maintain accurate records Answer and efficiently direct calls via the switchboard Deliver a consistently high standard of customer care The Candidate: Proven experience as a receptionist in a prestigious or customer-focused environment A confident, well-presented, and professional demeanour Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in managing switchboard operations (Pinnacle system knowledge advantageous) A proactive approach to daily tasks and supporting the wider service team Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role (automotive sector preferred) A full UK driving license (preferred but not essential) Hours of work & Pay: 08:30am - 9:15am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday - they will be flexible accommodate childcare/school drop off Saturday 08:30 am - 12.30pm - alternative Saturdays £12.50 per hour Benefits of working for The Best Connection: Weekly pay Online payslips Holiday accrual Pension provision Personal accident insurance Access to 'Perks at Work' temporary worker benefit scheme Suitable candidates will be invited to regsiter online via our digital registration system.
