The Best Connection are currently looking for Machine Operatives to join a thriving Buxton-based company that has just secured a new contract and is looking to expand their team. No experience? No problem! They provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed. This is a fantastic chance to join a busy, stable business with year-round work and real potential for permanent employment for the right candidates. Pay: £12.75 (pay progression on offer) Temporary to permanent role No weekends Working Hours: Monday to Friday with rotating weekly shifts (no weekends) - early finish on a Friday Week 1: 6am to 2pm Week 2: 2pm - 10pm Week 3: 10pm - 6am Key Responsibilities: Load and unload goods from machines Set up machines for production Pack and palletise items as needed Conduct quality control checks on products Perform general warehouse duties Ideal Candidate: Strong attention to detail High level of accuracy and organisational skills Good timekeeping abilities
Benefits & Requirements:
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
