Registered Home Manager – Residential Care Home

Salary: Up to £52,500 per year
Full-Time | 40 hours per week

Are you an experienced care home manager ready to lead a well-established residential service? We're hiring a Registered Home Manager to oversee the smooth running of our care home and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents.

If you're passionate about elderly care, hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, and have strong experience in residential care management, this is your chance to make a lasting difference.

What You’ll Need

Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Leadership and Management) or equivalent
Proven experience as a Care Home Manager, Residential Manager, or similar leadership role in adult social care
In-depth understanding of CQC standards and compliance
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
Compassionate, resident-focused approach with a commitment to person-centred care

Your Role as Registered Home Manager

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential care home
Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care
Manage, support, and develop staff, including recruitment, training, and supervision
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and care home standards
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and local stakeholders
Monitor budgets and maintain financial oversight of the service
