The Governors of Shawclough Primary School are seeking to appoint a Cleaner to join the Site Manager and Cleaning Team of the school.

We would love to hear from people who: Believe in providing excellent customer service and care.

The successful candidate will have:

  • To provide and maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for staff, users and visitors to the Schools and to meet the required standards of the Authority.
  • To carry out all allocated cleaning activities to the specification completely, safely and within the required timescales.
  • To use cleaning materials and consumables used at Shawclough Primary school supplier, following supplier’s recommended use instructions.
  • Perform specialist cleaning tasks including (but not exclusively): scrubber / dryer operation, spot carpet cleaning, high level cleaning, deep cleaning of toilets and kitchens etc
