Summary
ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for a Senior Room Leader and a Nursery Practitioner level 2 or Level 3 to work with a client based in Oxfordshire. We are primarily seeking full-time staff for 40 hours per week, but are also open to part-time Nursery Practitioner positions.
Nursery Qualification:
• Level 2 or 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (essential)
• Management Positions Level 3 and above.
• Knowledge of EYFS
Your role will include:
• Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals, ensuring individual children’s needs are met.
• To ensure all policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Ensuring all aspects of the key persons role are maintained.
