Leadership in Clinical Assessments:Lead a skilled team of CHC Nurse Assessors in providing clinical evaluations and guidance, ensuring the NHS Continuing Healthcare framework is applied meticulously to determine patient eligibility and care standards. Optimisation of Team Performance:Actively manage and enhance the performance of the CHC team by nurturing individual strengths and fostering a collaborative environment to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Safety and Effectiveness in Patient Care:Uphold the highest standards of patient care ensuring all processes are safe, effective, and directly contribute to positive patient outcomes. Recruitment and Team Development:Participate in the recruitment process for new CHC team members, ensuring candidates meet the high standards required. Provide ongoing 1:1 supervision and support, facilitating professional growth and development. Support the inclusive induction process for new staff ensuring positive learning experiences. Education and Compliance:Ensure all team members are up-to-date with mandatory training and personal development plans. Lead educational initiatives that keep the team informed of the latest clinical practices and compliance requirements.
