Person Specification Training & Qualifications Essential Registered Nurse with NMC Safer staffing Fellow or working toward Masters Degree in relevant topic Demonstrable evidence of continuing professional development Experience and Knowledge Essential Evidence of delivering nursing performance including safer staffing, skill mix reviews, infection control, risk management, complaints, and Adverse incidents. Proven ability to manage and deliver complex and changing workload, which will include the need to identify and resolve conflicting priorities within tight timescales Experience of working with a diverse range of stakeholders and a successful track record of influence and engagement Commitment to improving the patient journey Critique of research findings to benefit area of practice Technical Skills Competencies Essential Analytical skills to interpret complex data and action Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate complex information. Ability to motivate self and others Strong and demonstrable decision-making skills clinical and non-clinical An ability to form relationships at various organisational levels both internally and externally.
