Summary
Job Summary Inizio Engage is seeking an experienced and dedicated Community Clinical Nurse to join our field-based nursing team covering Sheffield and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse (NMC) who is passionate about delivering patient-centred care in a community setting. The role involves supporting patients with complex treatment regimens in their own homes and local environments improving quality of life and treatment adherence through both in-person and virtual care.
