Summary
As a Specialty Doctor in Eye Unit, you will: Deliver expert care in managing complex glaucoma cases, working closely with consultants to ensure the highest standards of patient outcomes. Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a supportive and communicative clinical environment. Support education and training, mentoring junior doctors and trainees, and sharing your expertise to foster professional growth. Stay at the forefront of glaucoma care by engaging in continuous learning and applying the latest advancements in clinical practice.
