Summary


We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic dietitian with energy and drive, to join our team.

The role will cover a general Paediatric caseload at the Royal London Hospital. You will also be trained in PCCU and work alongside the specialist PCCU Dietitian. You will work as an integral member of the Paediatric Dietetic team (32 Dietitians who work across 3 acute sites). The workload consists of both inpatient and outpatients and you will also have the opportunity to build your experience within other paediatric specialities.

You will ideally have good clinical dietetic experience. Paediatric experience is desirable, but not essential. You must have excellent communication skills and enjoy working within a dynamic multidisciplinary environment. You will join a large friendly team of Childrens Therapists.

We have a well-established programme of quality improvement and research, and fully encourage CPD. This is an opportunity to develop your acute paediatric skills.

Working within the Acute Children’s Therapies service across Barts Health, the post holder will work as part of the Paediatric Dietetic team.To build upon current clinical experience and undertake some specialist training, to provide an effective, flexible clinical dietetic service to General Paediatrics and PCCU based at the Royal London Hospital. The post holder would undertake research and audit on a regular basis to ensure that practice is evidence based.
