Summary
The Role:We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and highly motivated customer service advisor to join a vibrant Student Recruitment Team on a full-time basis. This is a vital front-line role that serves as the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, helping shape first impressions and supporting a wide range of essential student services. Key Responsibilities:As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Delivering a warm, professional, and efficient reception service, ensuring every interaction promotes New City College as the college of choiceImplementing and managing visitor protocols to maintain a safe and secure campus environment.Supporting the admissions process by handling student applications, issuing offers, uploading references, and maintaining timely communication with prospective students.Processing enrolments throughout the academic year and during the main enrolment period in the summer.Processing payments for enrolments, ID replacements, and student tripsSupporting recruitment activities including Open Events, Taster Days, assessment, Enrolment, and Transfer Events.Carrying out a range of administrative tasks, including booking taxis, setting up visitor wi-fi, issuing student confirmation letters, and processing Oyster card applicationsAuditing learner files to maintain data accuracy and compliance.Assisting the Customer Services Manager with additional duties as required.
