An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning Support Assistant and Midday Supervisor to join Gaddesby Primary School for 12 hours a week. We are seeking candidates who can support our children with confidence and care, looking for them to fulfil their potential. The role of the LSA within the school is important and rewarding, it provides vital support to those that need it and the opportunity to access learning as part of the usual school day. We are looking to appoint a well-motivated and enthusiastic individual who can work with groups as well as supporting children 1:1 and is committed to providing high quality provision for our pupils. As an LSA you will work alongside the teachers in the classroom and the wider school, creating a positive environment for children to flourish.This is an excellent time to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Gaddesby Primary School, as we continue to work collaboratively to deliver a high quality education and meaningful experiences to our children and young people. The ideal candidate will have: • A Level 2 certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent (desirable) • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably within a primary school.
