Summary
Gloucester Academy have an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic Catering Supervisor to join our existing Catering team on a part-time basis.
As a Catering Supervisor you will assist the Catering Manager in the efficient and effective operation of the school kitchen facility within the school. Other responsibilities will include:
Support the Catering Manager on the leadership to a diverse team of kitchen staff, including Catering Assistants within the school.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.
Support Catering Manager in inspiring and motivating the catering personnel when training and coaching, by demonstrating excellent teamwork, motivational and interpersonal sensitivity skills.
Support Catering Manager in conducting regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and address any operational challenges.
Proactively enhance the reputation of the Catering department as a key area for all in food production and service.
