What You Bring:

  • Qualified and Experienced: NVQ Level 2/3 in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience in high-volume kitchen environments
  • Skilled and Organised: Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office, with excellent communication, time management, and organisational abilities
  • Culinary Expertise: Deep knowledge of food production methods, allergens, and food safety standards, with a focus on consistency and quality
  • Leadership & Teamwork: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support others while managing personal performance
  • Resilient & Detail-Oriented: Thrives under pressure, maintains high standards, accepts feedback, and continuously seeks improvement
