Summary
If you're a packaging pro with food manufacturing experience, ready to level up to Team Leader, this is your chance!
You'll be running packaging lines, doing technical checks, recording palletization, and transferring finished products. CEMEX experience is a plus! Reducing waste is key, so you'll be capturing and managing waste for rework. You'll also train and supervise operatives. Reporting to Andrea, who's all about supporting the team! Plus, there's room to grow!
This position involves rotating shifts between days and nights, from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, resulting in only eight night shifts per month, with the remaining time consisting of days off or day shifts.
The hourly rate is £14.66 for the first 42 hours, with overtime pay at £21.99 per hour after 42 hours week. All your breaks will be paid.
