Procurement / Purchasing Administrator – Tech Wholesale & Recycling
Wednesfield, Wolverhampton (Onsite) | Full-time or Part-time | From £24,500 (DOE)
Keep our supply chain smart, lean, and efficient.
At Euro Communication Distribution Limited (ECD), we’ve been leading the way in tech wholesale and recycling since 1999. With a focus on sustainability, efficiency, and innovation, we power the circular economy by sourcing, refurbishing, and reselling mobile tech at scale.
We’re now looking for a Procurement / Purchasing Administrator to support our growing operations and help us secure the best products, at the best prices, from reliable suppliers.
Your Role:
In this vital support role, you’ll ensure purchasing processes run smoothly—from sourcing and negotiation to managing ledgers and maintaining accurate records. You’ll play a key part in helping us maintain operational efficiency and stock reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities
• Source and liaise with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and terms
• Negotiate effectively to maximise value for the business
• Maintain accurate purchase records and data in our ledgers and systems
• Collaborate with operations to ensure timely stock availability
• Build and manage strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent service
• Monitor delivery schedules and flag delays or discrepancies
What You Bring:
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation
• Confidence in negotiation and supplier communication
• Accuracy in maintaining purchase records and working with ledgers
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or admin is helpful—but not required
Why Join ECD?
• Established, recession-resilient business with over two decades in tech recycling
• Fast-growing, data-driven team culture focused on impact and innovation
• Play a part in reducing e-waste and powering the circular economy
• Career development based on performance, not time served
Benefits & Perks:
• Competitive salary
• Flexible working hours
• Staff discounts on tech products
• Private pension scheme
• Bonus and performance incentives
• Free onsite parking
• Paid birthday leave (after year 2)
• Up to 28 days holiday + one additional day per year from year 2
• Sick pay and support policies
• Regular team events and outings
• Inclusive, equal opportunities employer since 1999
