The Hospitality Assistant supports both catering and hospitality services on-site, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of food, beverages, and customer service to the highest standard. The role includes preparing and serving meals, refreshments (including tea and coffee), and setting up for meetings and events.

Flexibility is essential, as duties also involve handling deliveries, transporting items around the site, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting both day-to-day catering and hospitality functions.

The Role

Assist with food and beverage preparation, including tea and coffee service.

Serve customers professionally at counters, tables, and events.

Ensure food and drink areas are kept clean, stocked, and well presented.

Support delivery handling and the setup/transport of hospitality items across site.

Operate tills and handle cash transactions accurately.

Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Experience working in a customer-focused environment.

Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Willing to adapt, learn, and respond positively in a fast-paced setting.

Enthusiastic approach to work.

Good understanding of the principals of food hygiene.
