We're hiring Factory Operatives for a well-established manufacturing company in Folkestone. You'll be joining a busy production team where reliability matters, and the work is consistent.
No fancy CVs or long interviews. Just turn up, attend your induction, work hard, and get paid weekly.

What you'll be doing as a factory Operative:
- Loading materials into machines and keeping them running smoothly
- Checking products as they come off the line
- Keeping your workspace clean and safe
- Packing finished goods, stacking pallets, and moving items around the floor
- Supporting the wider team to keep production flowing
It's active, repetitive work - ideal if you like to stay busy and see the results of what you've done at the end of the day.
What we're looking for in a Factory Operative:
- Someone reliable who turns up on time
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous factory or production experience is beneficial
- A good level of fitness (you'll be on your feet most of the shift)
- You must be 18 or over
