We’re currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a range of fantastic secondary schools in Kent. With immediate starts available and flexible working to suit you, this is the ideal role to gain classroom experience and make a difference from day one.

About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be stepping into lessons when teachers are absent, delivering pre-set work and ensuring a positive learning environment. You don’t need to plan or mark work — just bring confidence, energy, and the ability to engage students in their learning.

You’ll cover a range of subjects and year groups (Key Stage 3 and 4), making each day varied, fast-paced and rewarding.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising lessons in the absence of a teacher

  
  

• Managing classroom behaviour and keeping students on task

  
  

• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across a variety of subjects

  
  

• Reporting any issues to the teaching and pastoral teams

  
  

• Playing a vital role in keeping learning on track

  
  

  What We’re Looking For

  • Confident and professional classroom presence

    
    

  • Experience working with young people (e.g. schools, tutoring, sports coaching, youth work)

    
    

  • Strong communication and adaptability

    
    

  • Reliable, enthusiastic and ready to take on a challenge

    
    

  • Must have or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS check
