As an RGN, you will provide high-quality clinical care to individuals with varying health needs. Your responsibilities include:
Delivering clinical care and supervising other care staff.
Assisting in setting and maintaining high standards of care.
Assessing nursing care needs and evaluating care/treatment plans.
Maintaining safe custody, dispensing, storage, and administration of medication.
Acting in line with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
