Summary

Overall Purpose:
The Estate Business Intelligence Analyst provides insight and data analysis supporting the
Estate Services Management team by developing and maintaining business intelligence
solutions. The role involves analysing large datasets, creating reports and dashboards, and
providing data-driven recommendations to deliver actionable insights to enhance operational
efficiency, cost-effectiveness, sustainability, and strategic planning for the Estate Services.
Principal Duties:
• Develop and maintain business intelligence tools, including dashboards and reports, to
support estate management operations
• Analyse estate management data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for
optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs and translate them into actionable
insights
• Create predictive models and perform scenario analysis to inform strategic estate
planning and decision-making
• Manage the collection, cleansing, and validation of estate data from various sources
and platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for estates and facilities,
including space utilisation, energy efficiency, and asset performance
• Provide data support for sustainability initiatives and carbon reduction plans
• Support the implementation of new systems and processes for data management within
the Estates Services
• Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards
• Deliver training sessions and support to team members on the use of business
intelligence tools
