Summary

Are you passionate about science and keen to work in a dynamic, cutting-edge environment? Sir Joseph Williamson's Mathematical School is seeking a dedicated Science Technician to join our highly successful Chemistry/Science department!

This is an exceptional opportunity to play a vital role in supporting a thriving Science department with a track record of excellent outcomes. Our department is housed in a suite of 13 recently refurbished and superbly equipped laboratories, providing an outstanding environment for both teaching and practical work. Science is incredibly popular here, with around 70% of students pursuing triple award Science at GCSE and strong A-Level uptake across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

You'll provide essential technical support, primarily to our Chemistry department, ensuring our labs run smoothly and safely. Your contribution will directly empower our students and teachers to conduct exciting experiments and deepen their scientific understanding.

This role is suitable for an experienced Lab Technician, but previous experience is not a requirement! If you are:
