• provide support, advice and guidance for learners and potential learners and refer them to appropriate resources and sources, as well as encouraging and advising them on suitable progression routes;
• encourage and support learners to sit Welsh for Adults exams (WJEC), responding to their needs and supporting them to sit exams confidently;
• co-operate constructively and proactively with LWSBR's lead officers and its whole workforce, whilst developing and providing a programme of the highest possible quality, and sharing the responsibility of reaching annual completion targets and high progression rates;
The exact hours will be agreed following a discussion based on the tutor’s aspirations for work and the level of demand for courses. These are paid jobs with an hourly rate and regular teaching hours for classes at night and during the day.
