Summary
Bespoke Facilities Management LTD, a Company that is an equal opportunities employer are looking for a part time, mobile General Maintenance Operative.
the role is 1 day per week completing PPM and reactive maintenance, however the role may grow in time.

Working locations: Edinburgh
Rate of pay: £75.00 per day

Job Description
• Carrying out routine planned preventative maintenance and inspections, alongside minor repairs.
• Responding to callouts and breakdowns, diagnosing faults, and delivering swift, high-quality solutions.
• Maintaining and improving plant, equipment, buildings, and infrastructure across sites.
• Taking ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring they are completed to the highest standard.
• Handling a mix of tasks, from basic plumbing and carpentry to minor painting and decoration.
• Safety compliance. Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures when performing maintenance tasks.
• Ground works, maintaining the upkeep of outdoor areas such as grass-cutting & hedge-trimming/shaping.
• Ensuring consistent collaboration with other departments, such as cleaning, security, and management to coordinate maintenance needs and client requests.
• Travel to and from jobs, prioritising own schedule.
Experience
• Skilled across a variety of maintenance functions such as plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, lighting, furniture, and general equipment.
• Well-versed in delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) within a similar environment.
• Demonstrable understanding and adherence of safety compliance regulations and procedures.
Essential
• Full UK driving Licence - Access to own vehicle would be ideal - Milage paid
• Experience of maintaining external ground works and general maintenance
• IT literate
