Summary
Job Title: Bench Joiner (Full-Time, Permanent)
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Bench Joiner to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a workshop-based role, focusing on the manufacture of high-quality bespoke joinery, with occasional travel to sites for installation and fitting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacture bespoke joinery items from technical drawings to a consistently high standard
Accurately read and interpret construction drawings
Install joinery products on-site when required (e.g. sash windows, doors, timber features)
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Work independently and as part of a small team
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Travel to various site locations as needed for installations
Working Hours:
Full-time, Permanent
42.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday (8.5-hour shifts)
Overtime available
Salary & Benefits:

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in bench joinery
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry and Joinery
Skilled in using woodworking machinery and hand tools
Ability to produce high-quality joinery work from technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Good communication and teamwork skills
A proactive and responsible attitude toward health and safety
Full UK driving licence (desirable for site work)
