Summary

Location – Bute

West Coast Motors is a privately owned family business established in the early 1920's. We operate buses and coaches on a mix of school contracts, local services, school and private group hires across Argyll with local depots in Glasgow, Campbeltown, Ardrishaig, Oban, Mull, Bute and Dunoon.

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Part Time Shunter/ Cleaner based at our depot on the Isle of Bute.

Responsibilities:

  • This position will involve cleaning the buses and coaches internally and externally
  • Moving vehicles in the depot and parking them up ready for the next day
  • Additional duties may include yard work/maintenance where required

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving licence is required for this role
  • Hours of work will be a minimum of 24 hours per week. Shifts would be 6 days over 7.
  • Applicants should be physically fit, have a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently
