Summary
To provide liver health assessment clinics and the delivery of diagnostic fibro scanning across the network including but not exclusive to GP surgeries, drug treatment providers, sexual health, community centres and the mobile outreach van operated within the Hepatitis C ODN. To deliver Hepatitis C outreach testing engagement and treatment for people at risk for and living with chronic HCV Provide advice, information and support for participants enrolled in the liver health checks and HCC cancer surveillance pathways. Be responsible for care delivery for patients enrolling in the liver health checks. For further details please refer to attached JD.
