Summary
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the daily operations of the nursing and care team, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery. Lead, mentor, supervise and support care staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional development. Conduct regular staff meetings and individual supervision to promote effective communication and continuous quality improvement. Ensure individual personalised care plans are developed in collaboration with the people we support (pws), families and the multidisciplinary team to meet the unique needs of each pws. Ensure mechanisms are in place to monitor the quality of care delivered are in place and to address any issues promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, legislation and best practice guidelines. Ensure the health care needs of each pws in the service are met using the highest standards of care are delivered. To lead, develop, direct, and supervise the nursing team and rehabilitation support team to support, guide and enable people we support with acquired brain injury in the performance of activities of daily living and the development of personal goals and potential.
