HR (Human Resources) Manager
Eynsham Medical Group
Eynsham Medical Centre & Long Hanborough Surgery
20-25 hours per week – Part time
Salary (FTE) £40,000 - £45,000 per annum depending upon experience (pro rata to hours worked)
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and highly motivated HR professional with a proven background in all aspects of HR management, including succession planning and business transformation, providing HR generalist services for Eynsham Medical Group and the team at Long Hanborough Pharmacy (Hanborough Medical Services Ltd.
This is an established, long standing, progressive and respected GP practice, with a growing list size of 16,000 patients, where strong values are placed upon empathetic patient care, staff well-being and ensuring the effective and efficient running of the Practice as a business.
Long Hanborough Pharmacy is an independent Pharmacy closely associated with the practice, which is owned by the Partners and former GPs at EMG.
As a successful HR Manager, you will be CIPD (min Level 5) qualified (or degree equivalent) and have a proven background in
• HR management to include;
o recruitment and selection
o policies and procedures
o discipline and grievance
o conflict management
o coaching and mentoring
o salary, conditions and contracts
o appraisals, training and development
o succession planning
• Business Change and transformation
• Employment Law
• Knowledge of HR/IT systems
