To assist in the development and delivery of a high quality Flying Start Childcare provision

Ability to work well as a team and individually.
Good observational skills
What you will do:
Assist the leader in the planning, review and delivery of high quality play based experiences.
Talk and interact with children, modelling appropriate language to support children's speech language and communication development.
Encourage the development of early thinking and problem solving skills
Provide support as directed by the setting leader
