Your new role
Hays are currently recruiting for Early Years/Nursery Practitioners to start in September. You will be working across all age groups from birth to pre-school, depending on the requirements of the nursery. You will be required to support the staff by engaging with children, working with them in small groups (depending on their ages) support at lunchtimes and activities.
What you'll need to succeed
You MUST have experience working with children. Nursery Practitioners are in high demand. Therefore, it is imperative that you can go to a nursery and hit the ground running. You will need to be patient, passionate about the learning and development of each child, have a thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum and be confident in your approach. As you are working with young children, you must have nurturing and caring abilities.
