Please ensure you research the Business Administration Apprenticeship Standards prior to applying. Please note this is a level 3 Apprenticeship and may take up to 18 months to complete.
All training will be provided as part of the apprenticeship.
Purpose of the post:
· To undertake reception duties and provide administrative support.
· To work in our busy Reception area as the first point of contact for visitors, parents and pupils.
· Assist in the organisation of afterschool clubs/activities.
We are seeking someone who:
· Has excellent inter-personal skills with adults and children.
· Will embrace our vision and ethos.
· Can work closely with our Reception staff team.
· Is able to use their initiative.
