Summary

We are working closely alongside with Achieve Together to assist with the appointment of a Support Worker, on a 1-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £12.21 - £15.70 per hour

Summary:

As a Support Worker with Achieve Together, you will play a key role in enabling individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or other complex needs to live fulfilling and independent lives. You will provide person-centred care, emotional support, and practical assistance to help service users achieve their goals, develop life skills, and actively participate in their communities.

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs.
Support with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, medication, and household chores.
Promote independence and empower individuals to make their own choices.
Uphold Achieve Togethers values of Respect, Integrity, and Excellence in every aspect of work.
Respond effectively to challenging situations while following behaviour support plans and safeguarding policies.
Qualifications:

Good standard of education (e.g., GCSEs or equivalent).
Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Essentials:

Previous experience in a care or support role is beneficial
Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
Valid UK driving licence
Please note:

You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
You should have right to work in U.K
This role requires an Enhanced DBS
