What We’re Looking For
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years – essential
- Previous experience in a nursery setting (placement or employment)
- A caring, reliable, and proactive approach to working with children
- A team player who’s willing to learn and grow in a supportive environment
- Passion for child development and a commitment to best practice

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the day-to-day running of your room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and caring environment
- Help plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate learning experiences in line with the EYFS
- Work closely with your team and room leader to meet the individual needs of every child
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Keep up with daily routines including feeding, toileting, and sleep times
- Support the implementation of safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies
