Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to support our Senior Management Team as Practice Coordinator.
The role will require supporting the Senior Clinical Directors in relation to the Northern Sites (Holly House - Knutsford, Station House - Hale, Broom Cottage - Wilmslow, Manchester Vet Centre – Denton, Winsford Veterinary Surgery and Oakwood Veterinary Referrals) as well as being able to support the wider teams as part of the Practice Management support team for the Willows SA Group.
You should be a passionate leader with at least 1 year of experience managing teams in veterinary practice or relevant setting with the ability to support practices with the development and implementation of policies and procedures ensuring high standard, regulatory compliance and efficiency.
To help support our teams you will need to be an excellent communicator with a collaborative approach and the ability to build relationships both within teams and across sites through establishing a positive and supportive work environment.
You will help with the resolution of conflict by dealing with and resolving complex and/or confidential staff queries whilst providing leadership and mentoring to help leaders in practice to support their teams.
Your role will additionally support teams with client complaints ensuring that issues raised are handled in line with the company policy ensuring resolution is fair and consistent and you must be resourceful in seeking guidance and problem solving – proactive in identifying business issues, recommending solutions and in implementing agreed recommendations.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week and is required on a temporary basis in order to provide cover for the maternity leave of the current holder. It is expected to be required from September 2025 for up to a year.
