The Grace Eyre Foundation is a charity based in Brighton & Hove and the wider Sussex community that has been working with people with a Learning Disability and autistic people since 1898. Introduction to the role:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced People Advisor to join our People Team on a part time basis to cover maternity leave.

Brief outline of the role:

You will be responsible to provide a high-quality advice and support service to staff and managers on all thing’s “people” including employee relations, absence management and organisational change. You will also be involved with completing adhoc project work and ensuring our policies & procedures are compliant and managers have the training they need to support their teams.

Working with a small and friendly team of People professionals, you will work together to ensure a consistent and comprehensive service is given to our staff to support them to be the best that they can be.

The role is based on hybrid working with a mix of home working and in our head office in Brighton.
