Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Rising Care Services Ltd. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort while promoting independence.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
Help clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises as needed.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
Requirements
Previous experience in home care or a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and families.
Ability to follow care plans accurately and provide compassionate support.
Basic IT skills for documentation purposes are advantageous.
A valid driver's license may be required for travel between client homes.
